Full-Stack Developer (AI & Data Optimization) for Career SaaS Platform

About Us
Inside Track is a nearly complete career coaching and job-matching platform designed for university students and early-career professionals. The app uses AI to help users identify career paths, track goals, and prepare for interviews. Built with React + Vite + Tailwind and Supabase (for auth, DB, and storage), the platform is currently 95% complete — we’re now focused on refinement, stability, and performance.

What We Need
We’re looking for a talented, reliable developer to help us finish the final phase — including:

Fixing minor bugs and UI inconsistencies

Optimising database performance (Supabase / Postgres queries)

Enhancing AI and analytics logic (data aggregation, personalization, and insight generation)

Reviewing code for speed, scalability, and maintainability

If you do well, there’s a long-term opportunity to join our small, fast-moving team as we scale Inside Track and launch other AI-driven SaaS products under our parent company, Nova Launch.

Tech Stack

Frontend: React + Vite + Tailwind

Backend: Supabase (Postgres, Auth, Storage)

AI Layer: OpenAI API + custom logic

Hosting: Vercel

Ideal Candidate

Strong in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and SQL

Comfortable with Supabase / Postgres optimisation

Familiar with AI integration and data analytics (OpenAI or similar APIs)

Excellent debugging and clean coding practices

Passionate about building smart, scalable products that actually help users
