Full-Stack Developer Needed for Custom Timeclock Kiosk System

We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer to design and implement a custom web-based timeclock kiosk system, similar to the kiosk mode of Clockify . Not needing payroll interpretations, just capturing staff names, the start and finish times and project names from web based kiosks and an admin page/dash to setup the staff, kiosks, review captured times and approve.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development, ideally with experience on time and attendance systems. Want the candidate to take lead on development, unit/system testing and deployment in GitHub CICD (we'll be using a brand new shared cpanel host for this with dev and prod environments)
Your role will involve creating an intuitive, simple and clean interface for users to clock in and out efficiently, related databases, authentication processes and backend functionalities to manage data securely.
