Namari Sales provides dedicated full-time sales agents to clinics, real estate teams, and marketing agencies in the US and Canada.
We help our clients stop losing leads by calling every lead immediately, following up multiple times, setting appointments, and delivering outstanding customer communication.
We are looking for high-performing, English-speaking sales agents who love talking to people, converting leads, and creating value.
Role Overview
The Sales and Appointment-Setting Agent is responsible for:
Calling new inbound leads within 5 to 10 minutes
Making outbound follow-up calls to warm and cold leads
Booking appointments for clinics, real estate teams, or agency clients
Conducting qualification calls
Sending SMS follow-ups, email follow-ups, and voicemail drops
Updating the CRM or tracking sheet accurately
Delivering exceptional communication
Hitting weekly and monthly KPIs including calls, appointments, and show-ups
This is a sales-driven, communication-heavy position that requires discipline, confidence, and a service-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Follow-Up
Call inbound leads immediately within 5 to 10 minutes
Perform 5 to 7 contact attempts per lead across phone, SMS, and email
Record and report all interactions
Appointment Setting
Qualify leads using provided scripts
Handle objections and guide leads toward booking
Set appointments in the client’s calendar
Send reminders to reduce no-shows
Outbound Calling
Dial warm and cold lists
Nurture older leads from CRM
Reactivate unresponsive contacts
CRM and Reporting
Update lead status and notes accurately
Track all follow-ups in CRM or Airtable
Attend weekly performance review meetings
Achieve KPIs related to conversion rate, daily calls, and booked appointments
Client Communication
Provide updates to your supervisor
Report wins, challenges, and insights
Maintain professionalism with US clients
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
1 to 3 years of experience in:
Appointment setting
Telemarketing
Inside sales (ISA)
Real estate sales
Medspa or clinic scheduling
Lead qualification
Customer support with sales focus
Skills
Excellent English (spoken and written)
Confident on the phone
Comfortable with sales conversations

Lead response time: under 10 minutes
Minimum of 5 attempts per lead
Daily call volume: 50 to 120 calls depending on client
Appointment rate: 20 to 40 percent
Calendar fill rate
Show-up rate and reminder follow-ups
CRM accuracy: 100 percent updated daily
