We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage daily enquiries at our education centre. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, be adept at multitasking, and proficient in handling various platforms, including Classcard. Timely responses within 5 minutes are essential, and the role requires working 42-45 hours per week on a full-time basis for a long-term engagement. Must complete 2 mini tasks before hire

Deliverables

Manage daily enquiries via whatsapp and emaikl
Provide excellent customer service
Utilize Classcard for scheduling and management
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Maintain accurate records of communications
Respond to enquiries within 5 minutes
Experience in handling appointment setting and webinar
