About the company:
Nowall.eu
is an international fintech company providing global money transfer services. We are expanding across Europe and the USA and are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to help scale our advertising performance and acquire new users efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, etc.);

Perform keyword research and competitor analysis for European and US markets;

Optimize campaigns for key KPIs (CPA, ROAS, conversions, lead cost);

Set up and manage conversion tracking, GA4, and Google Tag Manager;

Develop and test ad creatives and landing page variants with our internal team;

Provide regular performance reports and data-driven recommendations.

Requirements:

Proven experience running Google Ads campaigns for international markets (Europe & USA);

Understanding of financial or payment services advertising is a strong advantage;

Excellent knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, and GTM;

Fluent Russian (for communication with our internal team);

English — at least Intermediate level (for working with ads and materials);

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and focus on measurable results.

Budget:
Monthly ad spend starts at $4,000. Management fee to be discussed based on experience and scope of work.
