Summary

We’re looking for a highly experienced Local SEO and Google Business Profile (GMB/GBP) expert to fully optimize, align, and manage 8 business listings across our regional service areas.

We operate in the restoration industry (mold, water, and fire damage cleanup) and need complete GMB optimization — not just minor edits — including content posting, photo updates, and tracking setup.



Project Details

We currently have 8 verified GMB listings:
• 5 physical locations (Connecticut, Westchester County NY, Massachusetts)
• 3 service-area businesses (no public address)

All are verified and active. We’ve had de-optimization in the past, so this project is focused on restoring visibility, trust, and rankings across all listings.



Scope of Work

1. GMB Audit & Alignment
• Review all 8 profiles for accuracy and consistency.
• Standardize NAP (Name, Address, Phone), hours, and business info.
• Ensure each profile links to the correct local landing page.
• Set and confirm the right primary and secondary categories for each profile.

2. Profile Optimization
• Optimize business descriptions (250–300 words per profile) with local keywords.
• Add or update services and attributes.
• Upload high-quality, geo-tagged photos (before/after jobs, staff, vehicles, etc.).
• Add FAQs, UTM tracking links, and ensure schema alignment.
• Add Open Graph and Twitter tags for consistency.

3. Posting & Engagement
• Create and publish 3–4 Google Posts per profile (24–32 total).
• Topics: recent projects, restoration tips, seasonal updates, and service promotions.
• Include keywords and CTAs (“Call Now,” “Request Estimate”).
• Add at least 5 new photos per location.
• Respond to all existing reviews with local context and keyword relevance.
• Provide templates for ongoing review responses and future posts.

4. Citations & BrightLocal Setup
• Set up BrightLocal (we’ll cover the subscription).
• Audit existing citations for duplicates and errors.
• Provide a list of directories for submission and align all NAP data.
• Configure BrightLocal reporting dashboards for ongoing visibility tracking.

5. Schema & Tracking
• Verify each GMB points to a proper location page.
• Ensure LocalBusiness + Service schema is active on each linked page.
• Add UTM tracking to GMB links for analytics.
• Validate structured data via Google’s testing tools.

6. Reporting
• Before-and-after screenshots of all 8 profiles.
• Visibility and ranking report via BrightLocal (top keywords).
• GMB Insights comparison (views, calls, direction requests).
• Final summary of improvements and recommendations.



Success Metrics
• Map Pack Ranking: Appear in top 3 for primary services in at least 50% of target towns.
• Engagement: +30–50% increase in GMB profile views and actions (calls, directions, clicks).
• Traffic: +25% more website visits from UTM-tracked GMB links.
• Consistency: 100% NAP and category alignment verified via BrightLocal.



Requirements
• Proven experience optimizing multi-location GMBs (especially service businesses).
• Strong understanding of Local SEO and map pack ranking factors.
• Experience with BrightLocal, geo-tagging, and schema alignment.
• Excellent English and professional communication skills.



Budget

Fixed price: $750 total per month for 8 GMBs (including posts and full optimization).

Timeline: 3-4 months
Ongoing posting/reporting (optional) can be discussed after completion.
