Google & Microsoft Ads Conversion Tracking Expert

We're seeking an experienced Google and Microsoft ads specialist to fix, finalize, verify, and troubleshoot conversion tracking for our marketing funnel involving 3 unique conversion events across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. This is not a standard set up and experience with custom set ups, Iframes, is required.

Our Current Setup
Main Website (WordPress)
• Includes business phone number in the footer
• “Book a Free Consultation” button launches an embedded iframe form (from our CRM for tighter integration)
Custom CRM
• Hosted at: (subdomain)
• Built with React + Vite + Node.js
Embedded form (/elite-form-iframe.html)
o Redirect to full booking calendar (/calendar)
Chatbot
• On main site: users can chat with bot → get link to book via /calendar
• This counts as a conversion if the booking happens

What We Want to Track as Conversions
1. Click-to-Call
• When a visitor clicks the phone number (tel:) in the footer
• Should count as 1 conversion in Google Ads + Microsoft Ads
2. Iframe Form Submission → Redirect to Calendar
• User clicks "Book" → iframe form loads → submits → redirected to /calendar
• Conversion should fire after successful embedded iframe form submission, not just pageview
3. Chatbot → Booking Calendar Conversion
• User chats, gets a link to /calendar, and books a free consultation
• Should count as a conversion in both platforms

Current Tracking Code Status
Google:
• Global tag (gtag.js) on all pages
• Manual event tags implemented
• Custom postMessage() handler in iframe sending gtag() conversion
• Not recording conversion
Microsoft:
• UET tag installed in header
• UET events not recording conversions
• msclkid is captured but may not be passing correctly into iframe/calendar redirect

1. Audit & finalize all 3 conversion goals
2. Fix UET tracking for Microsoft Ads
3. Fix google ads conversion tacking
4. Ensure gclid and msclkid persist through iframe → calendar
5. Validate cross-domain iframe tracking
6. Confirm chatbot → calendar bookings can be captured
7. Set up Enhanced Conversions (Google) and UET custom events (Microsoft)
