Graphic Designer – E-Commerce/DTC Brands (Part-Time)

We’re a fast-growing eCommerce holding company scaling health and wellness brands in the food and beverage space.

We’re looking for a world-class graphic designer to create scroll-stopping, conversion-driven static ads for 8-figure DTC brands on Facebook & Instagram.

Only top-tier portfolios will be considered - this is NOT for “good enough” designers.

Qualifications:
• 3+ years designing for DTC brands
• Proven Meta ads experience (Facebook & Instagram static ads)
• Adobe Creative Suite mastery (Photoshop & Illustrator required)
• Strong typography, layout, color theory, and product photography integration
• Understanding of direct response marketing and conversion-focused design
• Fast, adaptable, and feedback-driven
• Bonus: Figma, motion graphics/video editing, A/B testing, CRO knowledge

• High-converting static Meta ads with hooks, benefits, and social proof
• Mobile-first, visually compelling layouts consistent with brand identity
• Multiple ad variations delivered under tight deadlines
• Iterated designs based on feedback and performance data
