Graphic designer for updating collateral to revised brand standards

Looking for:
A graphic designer available on an ongoing, part-time basis for a period between one and two months to start.

Job description:
Our company recently completed a brand refresh project. We need a designer who can go through our existing collateral and update it so it is compliant to the new brand guidelines.

Collateral may include:
- One pagers
- Trifold brochures
- Booklets
- Product packaging and labels
- And more

Brand updates completed were:
- Updated logo
- New colours
- New fonts and font rules
- Slightly altered general styling

The successful designer would require an Adobe account, and be experienced in InDesign, Illustrator, and other relevant Adobe programs. We would provide the designer with our updated brand guidelines, as well as some examples of the new style in use.

Work process:
For most of the projects, the process would be:
- We send a packaged InDesign or Illustrator file with the existing links and layout in the old design
- We would also supply new collateral such as new logos, fonts, and visuals
- The designer would then update the file with the new brand styling
- Up to 2 reviews and revisions per project
- We would require a packaged InDesign file back so that we could keep the newly styled document for future changes
- There may be some instances where a packaged InDesign file cannot be supplied of the old version, so content would need to be manually copied over to a new InDesign file by the designer.
