We’re a B2B platform in cloud/network automation. We’re seeking a results-driven growth agency to own our full marketing motion—site, SEO/AEO, content, paid, social, and funnel ops—with one clear goal: qualified inbound demo meetings.
Objective
Design and run a predictable growth engine that turns traffic into demo calls and sales-qualified opportunities—not vanity metrics.
Scope of Work (You Own the Motion)
1. Strategy & Foundation
- Positioning & messaging audit; ICP & persona refinement.
- Quarterly growth plan with channel mix, targets, and experiments (ICE score).
- Analytics/attribution setup
2. Website & Conversion
- UX/IA refresh or new pages (Home, Solutions, Product, Resources, Comparison, Pricing).
- On-page SEO + AEO
- CRO: clear CTAs, demo scheduling flows, lead magnets, chat, exit-intent.
- Page speed & technical SEO hardening.
3. Content Engine
- Monthly calendar: pillar pages, use-case pages, case studies, one-pagers, comparison pages, blogs, shorts/reels.
- Repurpose product screencasts into explainers and social clips.
- Thumbnails, banners, and visuals (our internal designer can support).
4. Demand Gen & Paid
- Always-on search (Google/Bing) + retargeting; controlled tests on LinkedIn
- Campaign structure, negative keywords, SKAG/alpha-beta, UTMs, landing pages.
- Creative, ad copy, and ongoing optimization to CPL and Cost-per-Demo targets.
5. Organic & Social
- LinkedIn company + exec amplification (ghostwriting, carousels, video snippets).
-X/Reditt cadence; community seeding where relevant.
6. Funnel Ops
- Lead scoring, MQL→SQL rules, routing, auto-nurtures, and demo scheduling.
- Weekly pipeline review with Sales; feedback loops to improve quality.
Success Metrics (KPIs you will be measured on)
- Booked demo calls (primary) and SQLs (secondary)
- CPL and Cost per Demo within agreed targets.
- Organic growth: +X% non-brand traffic MoM; top-3 rankings for priority terms in 90–120 days.
- Landing page CVR ≥ 2.5–4.5% (channel-dependent).
- Attribution clarity (≥90% of opportunities source-identified).
Engagement & Cadence
- Kickoff month: strategy, analytics, baseline pages, first campaigns.
- Ongoing: bi-weekly sprints; weekly standup; monthly KPI review & roadmap.
Collaboration & Access
- You’ll work with our marketing lead + product team.
- We can provide internal design support and product SMEs for content accuracy.
Constraints / Must-haves
- Outcome ownership: getting us demo calls, not just “traffic.”
- Stealth friendly: NDA; no portfolio publication without written approval.
- Ethical growth only (no PBNs, scraped lists, fake reviews).
- Clear project management in a shared board
Budget & Commercials
- Monthly retainer: USD $4,000
- Performance kicker: bonus tied to booked demos and SQLs above baseline.
- Pilot month: fixed scope, fixed fee; continue only if KPIs trend positive.
What to Include in Your Proposal (required)
- 3 relevant case studies (B2B/SaaS, demo-driven preferred) with before/after metrics.
- A 90-day plan: channels, quick wins, sample content titles, and expected KPI ranges.
- Your team structure (who does what) and weekly workflow.
- Sample reporting dashboard (redacted screenshots are fine).
- Your retainer and performance bonus model.
