Summary

We are a fast-growing career development platform helping students and young professionals land better jobs through AI-powered tools, personalised job tracking, and interview prep. We’ve already acquired paying users organically and are now trying to scale to 1,000+ active paying subscribers within the next two months.

We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and execution-driven marketer to help us grow our user base through content and build the foundation for a scalable marketing system that we can later expand with paid ads and advanced funnels.

Your Role

Develop and execute a content growth strategy for TikTok and Instagram Reels (organic).

Research and script viral, authentic short-form content that resonates with students and early-career professionals.

Manage posting schedules, analytics, and performance tracking.

Work directly with the founder to define messaging, tone, and positioning.

Identify what’s working (hooks, angles, niches) and refine strategy fast.

Later — help design a repeatable growth system that can be scaled with a team and budget (ads, influencers, email funnels, etc.).

Ideal Candidate

You’ve grown TikTok or Instagram accounts (ideally in education, careers, motivation, or SaaS niches).

You understand what makes content convert, not just go viral.

You’re analytical and can think like a growth hacker — always testing, tracking, and iterating.

You’re self-directed and proactive — you don’t wait for instructions to act.

Bonus: experience with UGC creators, affiliate marketing, or community-led growth.

What Success Looks Like

Consistent daily/weekly short-form content with measurable growth.

Clear funnel from content → site visits → free signups → paid users.

1,000+ paying users/month within 60 days (stretch goal, with help from team).

A documented playbook of what works — ready for future hires to scale.
