Health Economist (HEOR) for Early-Stage Economic Evaluation (HEAP + BIA Model)

We are seeking an experienced health economist (preferably with UK/NHS or HEOR experience) to support an NIHR-funded feasibility study for Recallify, an AI-enabled cognitive rehabilitation app for adults with acquired brain injury.

The work includes developing a Health Economic Analysis Plan (HEAP) and building an early-stage Budget Impact Model in Excel using feasibility-study data (n≈60, 4-week follow-up). This is not a full cost-effectiveness analysis—this is an early, feasibility-level economic evaluation to inform NHS commissioning and a future RCT.

The ideal candidate has experience with:
• Early economic modelling
• Budget impact analyses
• EQ-5D / NHS costings (PSSRU, reference costs)
• Excel-based health economic models

This is a clearly defined piece of work with flexibility on timelines.

• Develop a Health Economic Analysis Plan (HEAP)
• Build an early Budget Impact Model comparing Recallify + TAU vs TAU
• Integrate feasibility study data (service use, EQ-5D-5L, adherence, etc.)
• Conduct basic sensitivity analyses
• Provide an easy-to-use Excel-based Budget Impact Tool for NHS/ICS audiences
