We are looking for an experienced dialer systems expert to help us evaluate, choose, and implement a dialer that can call legally opt in online leads.

We generate around fifteen thousand leads a month across home services funnels.
We want to increase our contact rate and fully eliminate spam likely issues.

We need someone who has real experience with the following areas:

Setting up predictive or power dialers

Working with platforms like Convoso, Five9, PhoneBurner, Vicidial, or custom Twilio based dialers

Caller ID reputation management

STIR SHAKEN registration

Number pooling and rotation strategies

CNAM setup

Dealing with AT and T, T Mobile, Verizon labeling

Spam Likely prevention

Implementing workflows that improve contact rate

Building clean routing logic and call flows

Optimizing speed to lead integrations with webhooks and CRMs

Your responsibilities:

Audit our current lead flow and contact rate

Recommend the best dialer solution for our needs

Implement the system and integrate with our CRM

Set up number pools, rotation, and caller ID registration

Build outbound calling flows and reporting

Train our team to run the system properly

We prefer someone who has worked with companies generating high volume leads and understands compliance for opt in outbound calling.
