IRS CAA or AA Needed for ITIN Application Assistance with Guaranteed Approval

Job Description:
A U.S.-based business consulting firm is seeking a highly experienced and trustworthy professional who is a Certified Acceptance Agent (CAA) or Acceptance Agent (AA) authorized by the IRS, to assist with the Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) application process.

The selected contractor will be responsible for preparing and submitting the full W-7 application package and ensuring successful ITIN acquisition.

Scope of Work:
Prepare and complete IRS Form W-7 and all required supporting documents
Verify and certify documents as an IRS-approved CAA or AA
Submit the application to the IRS and track its progress
Communicate with the IRS if additional steps or clarification are required
Provide basic guidance on tax obligations and potential benefits of ITIN
Deliver a clear step-by-step guide for future use
Guarantee successful completion of the process and issuance of the ITIN

Requirements:
Must be a current IRS-authorized Acceptance Agent (AA) or Certified Acceptance Agent (CAA)
Demonstrated experience successfully processing ITIN applications
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
High level of professionalism, accuracy, and responsiveness
Experience with remote clients is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
Proven track record on Upwork (or similar platforms)
Ability to provide references or samples of previous similar work
Willingness to do a brief trial task if necessary.
