3D Interior Rendering Designer

We are looking for a skilled 3D designer to create realistic 3D renderings of an existing interior model (.skp) for marketing and social media purposes. The designer will have access to previous renderings and the ability to enhance and improve the visuals.

Important: No AI-generated content will be accepted — all work must be fully created by the designer.

This project has the potential to develop into a long-term collaboration for future interior visualization projects.

Requirements:
-Proven experience in realistic 3D interior rendering
-Proficiency with SketchUp (.skp) files and rendering software (V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, etc.)
- Ability to improve upon existing designs and previous renderings
- Strong sense of lighting, materials, and composition for marketing-quality visuals

• Optimized files ready for digital use
