## Project Overview

We need Japanese-native content writers and marketers to conduct in-depth research on Green Monster's finance education apps, particularly the **iOS version** of these 3 apps:

- **Document all app features:** Create detailed descriptions of every feature in FXなび and other Green Monster apps (株たす/Kabutasu, トウシカ/Toushika, まねらん/Manelean)
- **User flow mapping:** Document the complete user journey from onboarding to advanced usage
- **Demo trading mechanics:** Explain exactly how the virtual trading system works, including leverage, spreads, and chart functionality
- **Educational content structure:** Analyze the manga-based learning system and how educational content is integrated with gameplay

### 2. Engagement & Retention Mechanisms

- **Gamification elements:** Identify all game-like features (levels, achievements, progression systems, rewards)
- **Notification strategy:** Document what types of push notifications are used and when
- **Daily/weekly engagement hooks:** Identify features that encourage users to return regularly (daily bonuses, streaks, time-limited events)
- **Social features:** Any competitive elements, leaderboards, or community features
- **Progress tracking:** How the app visualizes user improvement and skill development

### 3. Onboarding & User Experience

- **First-time user experience:** Complete walkthrough of the onboarding process with screenshots
- **Tutorial structure:** How beginners are taught FX trading concepts
- **UI/UX patterns:** Notable design choices that make complex financial concepts accessible
- **Personalization:** How the app adapts to different user skill levels

### 4. Monetization Strategy
**Revenue model:** How the free app generates income (affiliate partnerships with FX companies, ads, premium features)

- **Conversion funnel:** How users are encouraged to transition from demo trading to real FX accounts

## Deliverables Expected

## Required Qualifications

- **Native Japanese speaker** with strong English writing skills
- **Experience with finance/trading apps** or financial education content
- **Understanding of gamification** and user engagement strategies
- **Ability to analyze UX/UI patterns** and explain design decisions
- **Marketing or product research background** preferred
