Description:
We are a UK payment processing company and need to convert an employment-style draft into a B2B management/consultancy services agreement.

Counterparty: a new company in Cyprus owned by the consultant, providing sales/management services for ~40 hours per week.

Scope of work:

Review our current draft

Draft a clear services agreement between the two companies (scope of services, hours, fees, IP, confidentiality, data protection, AML/compliance, termination, non-solicit, liability)

Ensure the relationship is clearly independent contractor/B2B, not employment, and flag any UK/Cyprus tax or employment-law risks

Looking for someone with UK commercial/employment experience and ideally cross-border UK–EU (Cyprus) contracts. Need a quick turnaround.
