Summary

I’m looking for a detail-oriented Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to help manage our CRM in Notion, clean and update inbound leads, enrich business information, and perform light outreach (Instagram DMs + email). You will support our digital marketing agency by keeping the sales pipeline accurate, organized, and moving.

This is a long-term role for someone reliable, consistent, and comfortable working independently.

Deliverables

Deliverables include:
- Daily updates to our Notion CRM (adding new leads, updating statuses, cleaning data)
- Enriching leads with missing info (email, website, Instagram handle, business details)
- Removing duplicates and maintaining overall CRM hygiene
- Light outreach using provided scripts (Instagram DMs + email)
- Weekly review of hot leads and follow-up reminders
- Simple reports or summaries as needed
