We are seeking an experienced marketing manager with a team with expertise in leveraging HubSpot, Shopify, website management, email marketing, and LinkedIn to drive lead generation and customer acquisition. We prefer a candidate who has built and managed a marketing team to handle these activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team to manage and optimize our HubSpot instance, including lead capture, nurturing campaigns, and reporting
Oversee a team responsible for our Shopify e-commerce store, including product catalog management, checkout optimization, and marketing integrations
Direct a team to update and maintain our company website, ensuring a seamless user experience and on-brand messaging
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and customers, leveraging a dedicated email marketing specialist
Manage our LinkedIn company page and advertising, utilizing the platform to reach our target audience, with support from a social media specialist
Analyze marketing performance data and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and ROI
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and other teams to align on marketing strategy
