Look for Native Korean Voice to Record

We are seeking native Korean speakers born and raised in Korea to assist with a conversation recording project.

This project aims to collect Korean conversational audio to improve the accuracy of EV car speech recognition systems in Korean. During the recordings, you and your conversation partner must be in separate rooms.

* The recording session consists of a total of 150 minutes of conversation.
* We provide 18 topics; you will select 5 to 7 different topics to improvise.
* For each topic, you and your partner will improvise a  20 to 30minute conversation, in total 150 minutes each group.
* Recording will be done using the FunCrowd app on your smartphone.
* Total time commitment: approximately 3 hours, including setup.

Important:

* All participants must download the FunCrowd app on their phones.
* Recordings will be similar to a normal phone call — hold the phone close to your ear.
* Please ensure the recording environment is quiet.

Requirements:

* Native Korean speaker born and raised in Korea
* Access to a smartphone valued over $150
* Quiet place with stable Wi-Fi connection

Payment:

* $25 per person and $55 per group (two participants)
