Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in CMS development and PHP/Laravel frameworks to join my team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects across various Content Management Systems, developing custom PHP/Laravel applications, and promptly resolving support tickets. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and enhance websites using various CMS platforms, focusing on WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal.
- Design and implement robust PHP/Laravel applications as per project requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs/issues, responding efficiently to support tickets and queries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure high-performance and availability of websites, optimizing code and infrastructure for maximum speed and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in web development, CMS ecosystems, and PHP frameworks.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in web development with a strong background in Content Management Systems like WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal.
- Expertise in PHP development and experience with Laravel or similar frameworks.
- Ability to handle support and maintenance requests across multiple projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, and HTML5.
- Experience with SQL/MySQL databases.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in the US Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone to align with team and client schedules.
