Looking for My Ride-or-Die Executive Assistant to Help Build Something Big!

Hi! I’m Torie, and I’m building something unconventional and exciting — a business at the crossroads of herbalism, astrology, and wellness. After years of doing it all myself, I’m looking for my ride-or-die assistant, someone who thrives on organization, tech, and creative problem-solving, and wants to grow with me as the business expands. I care deeply about creating a supportive, inspiring work environment where we can both thrive.
This is starting part-time (a few hours a week) but has the potential to grow into a full-time role as the company scales. I need someone who is:
Adaptable: Tasks will shift as we grow. You might start on social media and spreadsheets, then pivot into new systems or workflows.
Organized by nature: Cleaning up Google Drives, keeping QuickBooks tight, or turning chaos into spreadsheets should feel satisfying to you.
Tech-savvy: Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT), Canva, QuickBooks, ManyChat, Google Suite, Mailchimp, social platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube), Etsy/Stanstore, and e-commerce basics.
Proactive communicator: I need someone who tells me what’s working, what’s not, and who isn’t afraid to suggest better ways to do things.
Creative eye (bonus): If you enjoy making things look polished and pretty in Canva or social posts, that’s a plus.
Immediate tasks:
* Social media content planning & scheduling
* Spreadsheet/data entry & reporting
* Research & lead management
* Workflow setup with AI tools
* Email management & executive support
* General admin and keeping me on track
Nice-to-haves:
* Experience with ads/meta growth
* Eye for brand aesthetics
* Interest in herbalism, astrology, or wellness
