Looking for an experienced graphic designer to create YouTube thumbnails

Thank you for applying for this position, this is a LONG-TERM GIG with a lot of room for growth. Consistency and proficiency will be rewarded through bonuses and raises.

You will be responsible for making YouTube thumbnails for a Personal Development channel.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Photoshop/r equivalent tool expert
- Quick turn around time
- Capacity for long-term work
- Prior relevant experience is key
- Not too dependent on AI tools

The pay will depend on the quality you provide (Range between $10-20 / final thumbnail).

For each project, will need to provide 3 thumbnail sketch options, and then 2 final builds. Then there will be maximum 2 edit requests for each final build.
