- Overall look & feel (color palette, typography, layout)
- Luxury, minimalistic, calm, “Aman / Six Senses” level of refinement

2. Design key pages (desktop + mobile) - 12 pages in total + landing

3. Design system & components
- Buttons, forms, icons, sections, image treatments
- Simple UI kit / style guide for future pages

4. Deliverables in Figma, ready for a developer to implement.
