Mailchimp Project (Remote: Philippines/Indonesia/LATAM/India/Sri Lanka)

We are seeking a Mailchimp warrior to complete an audit and retool of our current Mailchimp account.

Here’s What We Have:
~2300 subscribers
The list was started ~10 years ago and has been added to and updated over time
-No tags
-No segments
-FormSite pushes to MC (Integration)
-We also use SquareSpace and HubSpot (Unsure of integrations)

Here’s What We Want You to Do:

Please provide us with a detailed project proposal to complete the work specifications below. Proposals should include a general work plan, time to complete, and cost to complete, by section.  Let me know if there’s any other information you need from us to complete a quote. The ideal contract partner will be able to complete all of this while educating us on what can and can’t be done. We need YOU to be the ultimate expert!!

• E-mail list scrubbed
• Verify the emails of all the subscribers using an email verification tool.
• Flag and review all catch-all domain addresses (these accept all mail regardless of username validity)
• Segment those that haven't opened an email in the last six months (as long as they have been subscribed for that amount of time)
• Do a re-enage campaign letting them know we are going to unsubscribe them unless they prefer otherwise
• Unsub those that still don't engage
• Implement comprehensive tagging system in MailChimp.
• Create and apply tags for all subscribers based on company type, job role, content engagement, and geographic location.
• Develop documentation for tag taxonomy.
• Create sponsor report templates that highlight audience demographics.
• Develop standardized reporting templates showing audience composition and engagement metrics that can be customized for each sponsor.
• Test with three current sponsors for feedback.
• Build automated welcome sequence for new subscribers.
• Create a 4-email nurture sequence that introduces new subscribers to IRH content offerings, including podcast,
• News Digest, and special reports. Include sponsor visibility where appropriate.
• Prepare process documentation for our assistant to manually update contact information following compeltion of audit and retool.
• For more than 60% of our audience we know where they work, what kind of role they have, what their job title is, and what kind of company they work for. We are going to invest in updating and completing that information for all of our subscribers.
