We are seeking a skilled marketing specialist to help drive initiatives for our Big Data and AI/ML consulting firm. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing strategic marketing plans, creating engaging content, and utilizing various channels to enhance our brand visibility. You will collaborate with our team to identify target audiences and tailor messages that resonate.

I’ve organized the scope into Continuous vs One-time work streams so we can better define responsibilities and ownership:

Continuous Responsibilities
- Cold Email Outreach Support
- Write high-converting cold email scripts (multiple versions, A/B testing).
- Write follow-up emails to increase replies & conversions.
- Track responses and refine messaging based on performance.
- Improve messaging and positioning for service
- Build content ideas for more credibility and authority.
- Monthly LinkedIn visibility & engagement support:
   + Posting and interacting with target audiences
   + Turning my provided content into micro-posts, blogs, carousels, etc.
- Documenting everything about your role and responsibilities, strategies, etc.

Pitch Deck Creation
- Design professional and clean pitch decks.
- Structure the storytelling: problem, solution, offer, proof, pricing.
- Add branded visuals, icons, layouts, and formatting.

Branding & Design Support
- Create or refine logos (modern, clean, and professional).
- Build brand kit: colors, fonts, elements, tone guidelines.
- Design marketing assets: banners, social media covers, thumbnails, headers.

Profile & Platform Optimization
- Optimize social profiles (LinkedIn, Upwork, website).
- Basic positioning + authority building frameworks
