Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketplace Manager to join our in-house team (no agencies). The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing multiple e-commerce platforms and a proven track record of scaling accounts to consistent 5-figure monthly revenue.

Deliverables

🔹 About the Role:
⁠ ⁠Platforms: Must have experience managing at least 3 of the following 5:
. eBay
. Walmart Marketplace
. Amazon
. Shein Marketplace
. TikTok Shop
⁠ ⁠Focus: Listings, campaigns, paid ads, and account growth
Goal: Scale and optimize accounts to hit and sustain 5-figure monthly revenue per channel
🔹 What You’ll Do
⁠ ⁠Create, optimize, and manage product listings across multiple marketplaces
⁠ ⁠Set up and manage paid ads/campaigns within each platform (Sponsored Products, TikTok Ads, etc.)
⁠ ⁠Analyze performance data and adjust strategy for growth and profitability
⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with each marketplace’s policies and best practices
⁠ ⁠Monitor inventory and coordinate with team on stock availability
⁠ ⁠Identify trends and opportunities to expand reach and sales
🔹 Requirements
Proven experience with at least 3 of the 5 marketplaces (eBay, Walmart, Amazon, Shein, TikTok Shop)
⁠ ⁠Strong background in listings optimization, keyword targeting, and ad campaigns
⁠ ⁠Track record of growing accounts to $10k+ monthly revenue (please include proof/case studies)
⁠ ⁠Familiarity with marketplace compliance rules and account health management
⁠ ⁠Strong analytical skills (ability to review dashboards and take action)
15–20 hrs/week availability
⁠ ⁠No agencies — individual applicants only
🔹 Nice to Have
⁠ ⁠Experience with product launch strategy
⁠ ⁠Knowledge of tools for bulk listing and analytics
⁠ ⁠Creative eye for product presentation (titles, images, A+ content)
