Media Sales Executive (Commission-Based)
About the Role
Media.co.uk is hiring a motivated Media Sales Executive to bring new advertising clients across
Radio, Out-of-Home (OOH), Digital, and In-Flight media.
This role starts as commission-only for the first 6 months, with a transition to salary +
commission based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Present and sell advertising packages (prepared by the planner/buyer)
- Follow up consistently to close deals
- Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and reporting
- Work closely with planners to ensure smooth proposal delivery
Key Points of the Role
- Your job is to bring clients and close deals
- You will receive inbound leads + outbound opportunities
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and confidence in sales
- Experience in media/advertising sales (preferred but not required)
- Driven, proactive, and target-oriented
- Comfortable with commission-only structure for first 6 months
- Must speak English
- US-based or remote (US hours)
Compensation
First 6 Months
- 100% commission-only
- 5% commission on revenue collected
After 6 Months (Based on Performance)
- Fixed salary + 5% commission
