Meta Paid Ads Specialist for Streetwear Brand

OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a Meta Paid Ads Specialist to help us improve our Facebook and Instagram ad performance by producing and testing high-performing ad creatives.

ABOUT US
Our brand, Diaspora Threads, is a U.S.-based streetwear line rooted in African diaspora pride. We’ve run ads before, but our main priority now is developing scroll-stopping visuals and short videos that drive traffic and sales.

OUR GOAL
Increase traffic and visibility for the brand, get more eyes on our products, and optimize campaigns that actually convert.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Edit short lifestyle clips into UGC-style ads (15–30 seconds)
Create static ad variations using our product and lifestyle photos
Suggest new ad concepts or visuals we can capture for future campaigns
Test creatives, track performance, and share insights
