Our goal is to build a comprehensive system tailored to service-based workflows, integrating scheduling, invoicing, HR, CRM, and reporting — all within the Odoo ecosystem.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Certified Odoo ERP Developer with a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying ERP solutions for service companies. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of professional experience with proven expertise in Odoo development and customization.

Responsibilities
• Design and implement Odoo ERP modules tailored for service operations (CRM, HR, Accounting, Projects, and Scheduling).
• Customize and extend existing Odoo modules to meet business needs.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems (APIs, payment gateways, reporting dashboards).
• Collaborate with management to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Maintain best practices in scalability, performance, and security.
• Provide technical documentation and user training when needed.

Requirements
• Odoo Certified Developer (mandatory).
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Odoo (v13 or later).
• Strong Python and PostgreSQL skills.
• Experience with front-end (JavaScript, XML, QWeb templates) and back-end development.
• Solid understanding of service-company workflows (invoicing, scheduling, CRM, and customer lifecycle).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Preferred Skills
• Experience deploying Odoo on AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of Odoo.sh or Dockerized Odoo environments.
• Experience integrating mobile or web apps with Odoo.
