Who we are
A fast-growing fashion label with a strong creative identity and global expansion plans. We are looking for a highly skilled Paid Ads Specialist — someone who can run, manage, and scale our ad accounts hands-on every day.
This role is for someone who LOVES the data, LOVES the dashboards, LOVES optimisation — and knows how to scale fashion e-commerce brands profitably.
You are the person in the ad manager. Daily.
Testing. Tweaking. Scaling. Fixing.
That’s the job.
What you will be responsible for
You will take full ownership of:
Running and managing daily campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
Monitoring performance, adjusting budgets, implementing changes
Building and maintaining full-funnel ad structures
Testing creatives, angles, audiences, and formats
Using AI where possible for optimisation, alerts, and automation
Collaborating with our creative team (who will produce the content for you)
Ensuring spend efficiency and ROAS stability
Producing weekly performance reports
Attending a monthly marketing call to review analytics and future campaigns
You will not be responsible for making creatives.
You will tell us what creatives you need, and our in-house team will produce them.
Your job is: run the ads, optimise the ads, scale the ads.
Requirements (non-negotiable)
Extensive experience running and scaling fashion e-commerce ad accounts
Strong proven results on Meta and TikTok
Pinterest ads experience or ability to master quickly
Ability to manage large budgets efficiently
Excellent data literacy — dashboards, attribution, ROAS, blended metrics
Skilled in creative testing methodology
Ability to work within Upwork’s hourly structure
Comfortable with AI tools and automations
Must overlap with AEST hours
Clear communication, proactive updates, weekly reporting
Ideal experience
You’ve run ad accounts spending 20k+ per month
You’ve scaled fashion or beauty brands
You can identify winning creative trends quickly
You understand Shopify data, pixel behaviour, and post-iOS tracking
You know how to stabilise ROAS on days where performance drops
We want someone who lives inside the ad manager and takes ownership of performance.
