Podcast Audio Editor and Digital Content Specialist Needed for Ongoing Work

Our team is seeking a skilled and dependable audio editor for ongoing podcast production. The ideal candidate will have strong technical experience, excellent attention to detail, and a high level of professionalism regarding confidentiality and digital asset protection.

The role includes editing raw audio, adding intro and outro music, preparing final MP3 files, and maintaining organized file structures. Consistent quality and reliable turnaround times are essential.

Scope of Work:
• Edit and polish raw audio recordings
• Add intro and outro music provided by the team
• Remove background noise and improve overall sound quality
• Level audio, clean transitions, and master episodes
• Export final MP3 files optimized for podcast platforms
• Name and organize files clearly and consistently
• Maintain full confidentiality of all recordings and materials
• Assist with intro, outro, and trailer audio when needed
• Support ongoing weekly or episode-based workflow

Requirements:
• Professional experience with podcast or audio editing
• Strong skills in audio cleanup and mastering
• Familiarity with conversation-style editing
• Organized and consistent file management
• Reliable communication and timely delivery
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality
• NDA may be required before work begins

Work Arrangement:
Hourly rate preferred. Work will be assigned weekly or per episode depending on the production schedule. Applicants should provide their rate and work samples.
