Summary

We are looking for a Podcast Production Specialist who can edit, clean, and assemble podcast episodes using a smart, AI-driven workflow.
This includes Descript, Riverside, Premiere Pro, and optionally AI video tools (HeyGen, Sora, VEO3, Kling) for short-form promos.

You will handle audio polishing, video trimming, transcription, captions, reels, and weekly output for multiple podcasts across different industries.

This is a long-term role.
We begin with a 3–4 hour paid trial (hourly), followed by fixed-price monthly deliverables if the output is strong.

We are seeking a skilled Podcast Editor & AI Workflow Specialist to join our team for a long-term engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience with Descript, Riverside, and Premiere Pro, and will be responsible for editing podcasts and optimizing AI workflows. This role involves transitioning from hourly to fixed compensation, requiring a proactive and efficient approach to ensure seamless production processes.
