ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Post Production & Video Editor (Zoom ISO/Video Capture) to help us run and record high-quality online events conducted via Zoom. If you enjoy managing the behind-the-scenes tech that makes virtual experiences run smoothly, this is a great fit.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Operate Zoom ISO (or similar tools) to capture clean, individual video + audio of each participant.
Manage recordings of breakout rooms and back-up views (gallery/speaker).
Do quick QC (audio sync, labeling, completeness) and upload files to Drive/Dropbox/Frame.io within 4–6 hours post-event.
Maintain an organized workflow of every recording properly labeled and ready for editors.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience running Zoom ISO, vMix, or OBS for virtual productions.
Reliable internet (200 Mbps+) and strong workstation (Mac M2 or PC equivalent).
Familiarity with audio routing tools (Loopback, BlackHole, or similar).
Consistent availability for 1–2 weekly events (usually 60–90 mins each).

NICE TO HAVE
Basic editing or post-processing (noise reduction, leveling).
Familiarity with event comms or showflow.
