AI-Powered HR Onboarding Agent Developer (with Audio Support)

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to create an intelligent, voice-enabled onboarding assistant powered by Agentic AI. This virtual agent will provide new employees with a seamless onboarding experience by delivering personalized, interactive guidance on company policies, benefits, and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building conversational and multimodal AI systems, integrating them with HR platforms, and ensuring a human-like, engaging experience through both text and audio interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy an AI-powered onboarding assistant supporting both text and voice/audio communication.

Integrate the assistant with existing HR systems such as payroll, benefits, and training platforms.

Implement natural language understanding (NLU) and speech-to-text / text-to-speech (STT/TTS) capabilities for natural, context-aware dialogue.

Develop a user-friendly interface accessible across web and mobile platforms.

Ensure accuracy, policy compliance, and data security in all AI-generated content.

Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve the agent’s performance using feedback loops and analytics.

Requirements

Proven experience in AI / LLM-based assistant or Agentic AI development.

Strong understanding of HR processes and onboarding workflows.

Proficiency with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agent orchestration frameworks.

Experience with speech technologies such as Whisper, Azure Cognitive Services, Google Speech, or ElevenLabs.

Familiarity with frontend integration for chat/audio interfaces (e.g., React, Streamlit, or similar).

Strong programming skills in Python and experience with API integrations.

Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience integrating AI systems into enterprise HR software (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR).

Knowledge of multimodal AI, voice UX design, and real-time interaction systems.

Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance standards in HR contexts.
