Produce an explainer video covering air passenger rights based on an existing German voiceover

Project Overview
We're looking for a creative video producer experienced with AI-powered video creation tools to produce a ~2:32-2:35-minute explainer video about European air passenger rights based on a German voiceover that we will be providing. This is a test project with strong potential for ongoing collaboration – we have 2 additional videos ready to produce immediately, and a pipeline of 15-20+ similar videos planned for the coming months.
Our goal is to visualize complex legal content in an engaging, accessible format for travelers who've experienced flight delays or cancellations.

- Clean, modern explainer style (e.g. flat design or 2D animation, whereas we leave the choice up to you as long as it illustrates the spoken content properly and looks professional)
- Professional but approachable for everyday travelers
- Visual storytelling that simplifies underlying legal concepts

Workflow

Requirements
Must-Haves:
- experience with AI video creation tools
- ability to sync visuals precisely with voiceover
- understanding of explainer video best practices (pacing, visual hierarchy, engagement)
- access to music and graphics libraries

Nice-to-Haves:
- some German skills (or German-speaking collaborator)
- experience with legal/business explainer content
- familiarity with travel/passenger rights topics

Language Note
The voiceover we provide is in German. Having said this, non-German speakers are invited to apply for the job if they demonstrate a clear workflow for visual-audio alignment (using our English translation, timestamps, or a German speaking collaborator).

Timeline:
- Deadline: We are somewhat flexible on the schedule but we'd like to complete the project in the course of November.
- Opportunity for future work: 2 immediate follow-ups, then ongoing monthly projects
