PR Professional Needed for Hair Care Device Launch

We are seeking an experienced PR professional to help us gain traditional media exposure for the launch of our new beauty/hair care device. The ideal candidate will have a robust network of media contacts and a proven track record in securing press coverage. You will be responsible for crafting press releases, but more importantly pitching to journalists, and managing media relations to ensure maximum visibility for our product. If you have a passion for beauty and wellness, and can create compelling narratives, we want to hear from you!

This would also include sample management for testing and reviewing by media, so that they have their reviews ready to go at launch date (March 2026)

PR Objectives:
- Build strong awareness in key US markets at launch
- Drive earned media coverage and social conversation ahead of DTC (and Amazon) rollouts (March 2026).
  - At least 6-7 key media outlets reporting on our product at launch
- Position the device as truly innovative, inclusive, and trend-forward.
- No influencer marketing, affiliate programs, or paid social activations are required.

Compensation
We are not seeking an hourly or monthly retainer arrangement. Instead, compensation will be performance-based and tied to concrete media results (e.g., a set number of press coverages during the launch period in March/April). Upon delivery of agreed outcomes, a fixed payment will be released.
