Profit First Bookkeeper and Expense Cutter

We’re seeking an experienced Profit First Accountant / Bookkeeper to implement the Profit First model and drive financial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage the Profit First Accounting system.
Audit expenses rigorously to keep costs under control.
Help the business stay lean, operate efficiently, and scale sustainably.
Meet one-on-one with each team member to review payroll efficiency and spending habits.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Profit First methodology.
Strong expense auditing and cost-control skills.
Excellent communication skills for clear, direct conversations.
