Perfectdialect is a purpose-driven EdTech startup on a mission to redefine “English as a Skill” through a unique ecosystem of learning. We are in the early MVP stage and looking for a strategic partner who can turn ideas into an actionable product roadmap while ensuring alignment with both learning goals and business objectives.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

*Define the Vision & Scope: Translate our concept into a clear MVP definition.
*Prioritize Features: Evaluate features by impact, feasibility, and alignment with goals.
*Build a Roadmap: Create a milestone-driven execution plan with timelines and dependencies.
*Act as a Bridge: Coordinate seamlessly between curriculum/content teams, tech developers, and the founder.
*Document Everything: Develop workflows, user journeys, wireframes (if needed), and technical/non-technical requirements.
*Track & Deliver: Ensure the MVP stays on scope, within timeline, and aligned with educational outcomes.
*Suggest and set up collaboration tools (Trello, Notion, or alternatives) for lean project tracking.
*Engage with Metrics: Define KPIs for MVP success and ensure continuous progress tracking.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
*Experience in EdTech / E-learning / Digital Product Development (must-have).
*Proven expertise in MVP definition, feature prioritization, and roadmap creation.
*Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
*Comfort working in bootstrapped, fast-paced startup environments.
*Bonus: Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Trello, or Notion.

Engagement Details:
*Type: Freelance (remote, flexible)
*Duration: Approx. 8–12 weeks (project-based)
*Compensation: Milestone-based (mutually agreed)
