Quarterly HR File Review Consultant (Local Only, Manalapan, NJ)

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to support our organization on a quarterly consulting basis. This individual will work directly with our CEO to review HR files, ensure compliance, and provide guidance on best practices. This is an ongoing consulting engagement ideal for someone with a small HR firm or an independent HR consultant.

• Responsibilities:
• Conduct quarterly on-site meetings to review and audit HR files
• Provide guidance on HR compliance, and best practices
• Identify any gaps or issues within HR records
• Offer ongoing HR expertise and recommendations as needed
• Requirements:
• Must be local and able to attend on-site meetings each quarter
• Proven experience in Human Resources, HR compliance, or HR administration
• Experience conducting HR audits or file reviews strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of employment laws, documentation requirements, and HR best practices
• Experience operating as an independent HR consultant or small HR firm is a plus
