REQUEST FOR BID: Video Photographer for Media Row Coverage One-Day Shoot

Overview: We are seeking an experienced video photographer to support a one-day filming session on Media Row during the week prior to February 8, 2026 (Monday through Friday). The specific day will be confirmed as the event approaches. The anticipated location is the Moscone Center in downtown San Francisco.

Scope of Work:
• Participate in a pre-production call to review the run of show, equipment requirements, interview structure, and on-site logistics.
• Film interviews on the Media Row floor. The environment is expected to be noisy, so at least two wireless microphones are required.
• Capture b-roll footage, including activities on Media Row and exterior shots of the venue and surrounding area

Requirements:
• Experience filming in noisy or high-traffic environments.
• Professional camera equipment.
• Minimum of two wireless microphones suitable for interview capture.
• Ability to work independently and professionally in a busy environment.

Budget: We have a limited budget. Please provide your one-day filming rate, along with any additional equipment or travel costs if applicable.
