Real Estate Acquisitions Manager (Commission-Based – Remote)

Summary

I am looking to scale my wholesale real estate business and need a motivated Acquisitions Manager to join the team. This is a commission-only position starting at 15% of the assignment fee for every deal closed, with the opportunity to scale up to 25% based on performance.

If you are a strong closer with experience in real estate acquisitions, inside sales, or negotiations — this could be a long-term role with big earning potential.

What You’ll Do:
• Receive 2+ warm leads per day from our lead generation team.
• Contact homeowners quickly and professionally.
• Qualify sellers by uncovering price, timeline, motivation, and property condition.
• Underwrite deals (analyze property value, ARV, repair estimates).
• Present offers and close deals.
• Maintain communication with sellers and build rapport until closing.
• Coordinate and schedule walkthroughs or property access when needed.
• Work closely with our dispositions team once the property is under contract.

Requirements:
• Must be a native or fluent English speaker (no heavy accent that could affect sales).
• Previous acquisitions or sales experience required — proof of past results is a must.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Comfortable working commission-only (high upside, no cap).
• Highly motivated, organized, and consistent with follow-ups.

Compensation:
• Commission-based: 15% of assignment fee per deal closed.
• Performance-based growth: up to 25% commission after proving results.
• No income cap — your earnings grow as you close more deals.

This role is for someone hungry, coachable, and ready to grow with a fast-moving real estate investment business. If you can close deals, you’ll be rewarded generously.
