Real Estate Transaction Coordinator - Double Closings

About Us:
We are a dynamic real estate wholesaling business specializing in double closings, working closely with realtors to facilitate smooth and efficient transactions. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator (TC) to manage 2-3 deals per month, ensuring seamless communication between buyers, attorneys, realtors, and lenders.


Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in real estate transactions, specifically double closings (wholesaling experience is a plus).

Familiarity with title processes, lender documents, double closings, A-B, B-C contracts, e-signing platforms, CRMs and Slack.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Compensation & Structure:
Flexible payment options: hourly rate or fixed fee per deal (split upfront and after closing).

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate double closings from contract to closing.
• Communicate effectively with buyers, attorneys, title companies, and realtors by calling and emailing.
• Review and organize lender paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Track critical deadlines (inspection periods, financing, closing dates, etc.).
• Proactively resolve issues, including calling title companies for updates.
• Maintain organized transaction files and provide status updates to the team.
