Realistic Pinup-Style T-Shirt Illustration for Linelock Locating

I’m looking to commission a realistic pinup-style illustration for a t-shirt design for my company, Linelock Locating (utility locating and leak detection services). The artwork should blend a classic 1950s pinup vibe with modern realism and a bit of patriotic flair.
Design details:
     • Female pinup with brown hair in a high ponytail
     • Outfit: black pleated skirt, orange/blue flannel crop top (our brand colors), white stockings, and barefoot or white sneakers
     • She’s using leak detection equipment — with headphones connected via a wire to a listening device
     • Optionally incorporate:
           o Topographic map lines or utility markings in the background
           o A subtle American flag (like a sleeve patch or light accent)
     • Background should be light or minimal (since it’ll be printed on a white shirt)
     • Text included:
           o Top: “Catching leaks before they get naughty”
           o Bottom or integrated: “Linelock Locating”
           o Text color options: cyan blue, orange, or black
Art style: Realistic with vintage pinup influence — think Gil Elvgren meets modern realism.
Usage: This will be printed on apparel and possibly other promotional materials.
Deliverables:
