Recruiter - $600 per hire

We are looking for a recruiter that speaks very good English. This job pays $600 per hire and you should get 1 hire every week if you do the minimum of 50 calls per day.

We supply the leads plus you will post jobs into an ATS.

We pay weekly the week after your candidate hires.

We hire truck drivers so we get allot of applicants but many don't qualify. So you you need to qualify the driver by asking 4-5 questions about their history then have them complete an application. Once approved you have to follow up and make sure they are going to show up to orientation which usually start on Mondays.

We have a team of 6 recruiters and usually have 6 drivers in orientation each week. This job is for those that will work full time ( 40 hours per week) and do the necessary amount of calls each week. Usually 40-50 per day. One of  our recruiters just bought a car in Pakistan. You can make good money if you show up everyday.

If you work full time you will make full time money. We have 8 carriers to recruit for so their is plenty of jobs.
