Deliverables

Post and manage job ads on multiple platforms
Call and screen applicants
Schedule interviews and ensure candidate attendance
Generate a minimum of 10 hires per week
Track candidates through training and onboarding
Maintain detailed recruiting metrics reports
Continuously source new talent
