3D Rendering Specialist for Apartment Visuals

Project Overview
We are building a new apartment in Berlin and already have an interior designer supporting us with the creative concept. The designer provides full mood boards, material selections, and floor plans with furniture layouts, but does not create 3D renderings.
We are now looking for a talented 3D Rendering Specialist to bring the key rooms to life in high-quality, photorealistic visuals.

Scope of Work
You will receive:
• Final floor plans with furniture placement
• Material & colour selections for each room (floors, walls, surfaces, lighting)
• References for key furniture pieces (e.g., the couch)
• Clarifications from us wherever needed


Important: Please include in your proposal how many renderings you expect to deliver for the indicated budget or share the price per render.

• Photorealistic 3D renderings of 3 rooms (could become more if collaboration is successful): bathroom, bedroom, living room, around 70 sq m total
• 1-2 rendering angles per room
