Revit Documenter / Interior Designer

We are looking for a skilled and detail obsessed Revit documenter with interior design experience to join our small, growing team at Fusion Health Space. Our work sits at the intersection of health, pharmacy and retail, and we’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised and passionate about producing high quality drawings.

This role is perfect for someone who loves interiors, wants long term collaboration (not just short term gigs) and is excited about becoming a specialist in pharmacy and health related design. We will train you to understand this niche and you’ll grow alongside our team of designers in a supportive and friendly environment.

• Projects range from small to medium tenancy interior design, typically requiring 25–60 hours of documentation depending on scope and complexity.
• You’ll be responsible for preparing internal elevations, joinery documentation and detailed drawing packs based on floorplans developed by our senior team.
• While you’ll receive clear guidance and support from our Senior Spatial Designer, we’re looking for someone who can work independently, manage their time well and maintain strong communication throughout each project.
• Must haves:
• High proficiency in Revit (current version)
• Your own Revit software licence + suitable computer/laptop
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Interior design knowledge and documentation experience
• Proactive, positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Understanding of Australian materials, specifications and construction methods
• Familiarity with Australian building codes/standards, particularly for commercial interiors (retail/health)
• Nice to have:
• Experience with pharmacy, medical or retail layouts
• Previous work with tenancy or fit out drawings
