SaaS Copywriter Needed to Rewrite 7 Pages Based on Reference Site (Email Intelligence Platform)

## Description

I’m looking for a skilled B2B SaaS copywriter to rewrite the content from a reference website and adapt it for my product in the email intelligence space.

-You will take the content from a site I provide and:
-Rewrite every section in fresh language
-Keep the same structure and layout (ex: same number of sections, cards, features, etc.)
-Replace all ad intelligence terminology with email intelligence terminology
-Modernize, simplify, and tighten the language
-Deliver everything in clean, organized Google Docs
-Maintain a professional SaaS tone (think: Clearbit, Segment, Mixpanel)

This is NOT a creative from-scratch writing project.
It is a rewrite + industry adaptation.

You must be good at understanding a reference site’s messaging flow and updating it for a new use case.

## Project Scope

You will rewrite content for 7 pages:

1. Homepage
2. Competitor Emails
3. Pricing
4. Schedule a Demo
5. Terms
6. Privacy
7. Contact

I will provide:
- The reference site
- Clear rewrite instructions
- Our product positioning
- Homepage H1 & subtext
- Homepage stats
- Terminology replacements (ex: “ad data” → “email data”)

## Requirements

- Strong B2B SaaS writing skills
- Ability to rewrite content in a new domain while maintaining original structure
- Experience with data / analytics / marketing tools preferred
- Strong English writing and grammar
- Ability to keep copy concise, modern, and conversion-focused
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of the workflow (but not dumping AI text verbatim)

## Deliverables
- 7 Google Docs (one per page)
- Each matching the layout/structure of the reference page
- All text fully rewritten, zero plagiarism
- Adapted to our domain (email intelligence, inbox analytics, trends, APIs, data tools)
- 2 rounds of revisions included
