SaaS Operations Manager for ProfitFlo

We’re hiring a full-time SaaS Operations Manager to help run the daily operations of a fast-growing automation SaaS Agency.

This role is perfect for someone who loves organization, structure, team coordination, and keeping projects moving smoothly. You will manage task flow inside ClickUp, run daily team syncs, monitor deadlines, coordinate with development, support, and implementation teams, and ensure that customer escalations are handled efficiently.

Your goal is to keep the entire operation running clean, predictable, and on schedule while removing bottlenecks from the CEO’s workload. You should be calm under pressure, proactive, process-driven, and able to create order from chaos.

Experience with SaaS, Go High Level, automation tools, customer success, or project management is highly valuable. If you thrive in a remote environment, enjoy optimizing systems, and love being the person who makes everything work behind the scenes, this role is for you.
